In Screenflow, I could only do this if I had the windows sized down and just one was selected to record using the sizing box. I don't want to record the teacher view but do want to record the student view.
For example, I need to have a browser window open showing the student view of a website, while having a different browser open so that I can control that student view. I would be content with being able to do that in ScreenFlow even if it could only be a single window (like Skype is able to do), although being able to do it with numerous windows would be ideal. Each of the sources can be a different window capture that works even if the windows are minimized. The only example I can think of now is MimoLive in which you have numerous sources ready to go (broadcasting app). I've used other apps in the past that could do it.
It seems pretty basic to be able to record windows that aren't visible.
I'm trying out ScreenFlow and think it's pretty great but this seems like a big let down to me.
